Marketing Communications Executive

As a marketing communications executive at Gen25 you focus on bringing people together. With a strong approach on communication you can motivate people to engage with us. You’ll be working on sharing updates and information towards clients, partners, and colleagues with newsletters, blog posts, social posts, and email campaigns. Bringing people together also means you have the lead in organising events for Gen25; these can be internal events with our team, or external events which we sponsor or organise.

In daily practice you’ll be in the sweet spot of the collaboration between different departments. For the activities concerning the Gen25 team (internal communication, events, HR updates) you’ll be mostly working with HR. When looking at external communication, you’ll be working together with other colleagues from marketing, sales, and delivery. Your position will be in the marketing team, which values strong connections with all colleagues of Gen25.

What will you do:

• Create Gen25 content for customers, partners and employees.

• Drive the recurring newsletters we have at Gen25.

• Organise and manage events, from first communication to handling activities on the day itself.

• Support HR in internal communication, such as team update newsletter, update the people guide.

• Work together with HR on employer branding via different channels.

• Help Gen25 stand out as the #1 technology partner in the Netherlands and the UK.

What do we need you to bring:

• 2-5 years of working experience in communications, events or project management.

• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.

• Experience in managing several tasks and prioritizing those to meet deadlines.

• Degree in marketing, communications or related field.

• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Fluent in Dutch/English.

• Interest in human technology interaction / CRM.
