Junior Consultant

We’ve built our company in the Netherlands and United Kingdom with the expertise and dedication of our motivated team of consultants. We’re now looking to grow our team with ambitious Junior Consultants who want to be part of that mission.

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help translate customers’ challenges into practical, impactful solutions.

The most important tasks

• Supporting the analysis of customer needs and helping define functional or technical requirements

• Assisting in delivering solutions that meet customer expectations

• Preparing and helping facilitate workshops or working sessions with customers

• Learning to manage and maintain strong customer relationships

• Collaborating closely with project teams across different disciplines

• Actively contributing to the improvement of internal tools, products, or services

• A recent degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Science, Engineering, Technology, or similar)

• Genuine interest in digital technology and how it can improve business processes

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Good command of the English and preferably Dutch language
