We are headquartered in Amsterdam and Gen25 was the first Salesforce consulting partner in the Netherlands. So we have quite some experience ourselves. And that also means we have a great client base that you can use your talent for. Our London office has been open since 2020, because we also like to grow in the largest Salesforce market in Europe. Important tasks:

  • Identify and specify functional and technical requirements of the customer regarding Salesforce solutions.
  • Responsible for delivering these solutions according to previously specified requirements within time and budget.
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops with the customer.
  • Independently maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops with the customer.
  • Training end users within the customer organisation.
  • Supervise juniors, both within the project and within the organisation.
  • Spotting new opportunities with the customer and converting these opportunities into new projects.


  • You have a HBO/WO degree in the direction of ICT and/or Business Administration.
  • You have experience implementing Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultancy role.
  • You are driven and would like to grow in your field of expertise.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, orally and in writing.
  • You have excellent analytical skills. 
  • You are a team player, but also capable of working autonomously.
  • You are flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing plans and new environments
  • Customer focus is in your DNA
  • Possession of Salesforce certificates is an advantage (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud)
