Support Executive

Job description

We are looking for a Support Executive to be able to properly serve the ever-growing customer portfolio. You become the linchpin in the organization when it comes to customer support and proactively connect our customers to our teams. The Support Executive ensures that our customers receive the right service regarding Salesforce and other products they use. You get satisfaction from solving and fulfilling customer needs and you are not afraid of technical challenges. Ultimately, you play an important role in creating a successful roadmap and relationship with our customers. You are also the first point of contact for customers with (Salesforce) questions and problems. You are able to solve the problem, independently or with the team. By actively listening and asking questions, you are able to map out the problem. You understand the needs of the customer and you are able to switch quickly between different teams to offer a suitable solution.

Job requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in a support role
  • You have a HBO work and thinking level and you have experience in IT
  • You already have some experience with Salesforce or are willing to develop yourself in it
  • You have good communication skills and you are proactive in maintaining relationships
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, in word and writing
  • You work in a structured way and you know how to plan your time well
  • You have a customer- and solution-oriented approach
  • You are able to focus on active improvement and growth of customers
  • Other words that don't scare you: Flexible, proactive, curious and team-oriented
  • You have the ability to build long-term valuable customer relationships
