What will you do at Gen25?

The marketing consultant will work closely with the senior and principal marketing consultants at Gen25 on existing and new project work. They will bring additional capacity to projects by delivering administrative, research and analysis, functional, and technical work as directed by the marketing (or other) project lead. They will also use their time to learn the Gen25 marketing consultancy methodology and technical platforms that we use to deliver value. The marketing consultant will have the opportunity to work in other consultancy areas of the company (where needed) to deliver value.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Technology, or a related field, with 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong command of English (required); proficiency in Dutch (preferred).
• Basic skills in coding, scripting, data analysis (e.g., SQL), or advanced Excel. Experience with business and marketing tech tools such as CRM, CMS, business intelligence, automation platforms, email marketing, and analytics.
• Key Competencies: Adaptable problem-solver with the ability to think critically and independently. A fast, self-directed learner capable of quickly mastering new tools and concepts.
