Senior Business Consultant

Gen25 is looking for a Senior Business Consultant who can play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and expertise to our customers to help them optimise their business operations, solve complex problems, and achieve their organisational goals. Reporting into the Managing Consultant - Business Consulting, you will lead complex consulting engagements, manage customer relationships, and assist in driving the growth and success of the business overall.

We are looking for someone who is seeking an opportunity to play a key role in the scaling of our business consulting operations.

This position is based out of our Laren office, and there is an expectation to work from the office 3-5 days per week. Full language proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives and develop and implement strategic plans;

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and deliver the expected results;

• Analyse data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide data-driven insights to customers and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to offer innovative solutions;

• Communicate complex ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively to customers, team members, and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);

• Proven experience in business consulting, with a track record of successful engagement management;

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Business acumen and a deep understanding of various industries and markets;

• Strong technical knowledge and CRM experience

• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment
